KSAST Board of Directors

At the workshop held on March 9, 2024 at the University of Kansas Medical Center Campus in Kansas City, KS, 3 new Board of Directors and a new Secretary were elected to serve!  

    Megan Staab, CST has been elected to serve as Secretary of the KSAST Board for a term beginning March 2024 and ending March 2026. Megan is currently the Program Director for the Washburn Tech Surgical Technologist program in Topeka, KS.
    Melanie Meyer, CST has been elected to serve as a Board of Director for a term beginning March 2024 and ending March 2026. Melanie is currently a Surgical Technologist employed by Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, KS.
    Kyle Osborne, CST has been elected to serve as a Board of Director for a term beginning March 2024 and ending March 2026. Kyle is currently a Surgical Technologist employed by Newman Regional Health in Emporia, KS.
    Matt Melchor, CST has been elected to serve as a Board of Director for a term beginning March 2024 and ending March 2026. Matt is currently a traveling Surgical Technologist.
